Samsung Galaxy Note A Path Breaking Mobile Device!

The South Korean mobile phone maker very boldly has attempted to bridge the gap between smartphone devices and the tablet and seems to be making a big success of it. After all, it was indeed running a big risk by launching the Galaxy Note with its gigantic pushing the envelope beyond though possible limits 5.3 inches wide touch sensitive display screen. But the buying public seems to have taken to the Samsung Galaxy Note like duck to water.

The Samsung Galaxy Note Deals is believed to have sold a whopping two million units world wide and still is vanishing off store shelves all over the globe in no time at all. It is being speculated in the technology circles that observing the runaway success that Samsung is enjoying with the Samsung Galaxy Note, rival Apple Inc is considering producing smaller sized tablets or smartphones in place of the nine inches wide screen wielding mobile devices.

Samsung itself is believed to have officially unveiled its second generation Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet that recently concluded Mobile World Congress in Barcelona in Spain. But that is like going to the mobile computer tablet device way. What has probably clicked for Samsung with the Galaxy Note is the right balance of having a mobile phone device that can look and perform like a tablet and still is not too unwieldy or cumbersome. And this is what the rivals including the Cupertino based technology company needs to follow and adapt to.

Besides the totally dazzling and mesmerizing immersive touch sensitive display screen you also have the S Pen for inputting data. This feature also seem to have hit off well with the users all over. The Samsung Galaxy Note further has the dual core 1.4 GHz ARM Cortex 9 processor buzzing underneath its hood. And also the Android 2.3 Gingerbread version of the operating system running it. Samsung has promised that it will upgrade the operating system to the latest Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich version at the earliest. It is very likely that we will see the update to the Android Ice Cream Sandwich happening in the second quarter of 2012 itself.

Samsung also needs to be congratulated on the fact that it has somehow managed to squeeze in this huge hardware and software into the dimensions of 146.85 x 82.95 x 9.65 mm. And also weights only a still manageable 178 gm only. And this is very good and significant accomplishment as the users find it fitting nicely into their palms and after an initial period of difficulty soon become comfortable using the Samsung Galaxy Note.
